The General Medicine department at St. Elizabeth takes care of the diagnosis, management and nonsurgical treatment of adult diseases. Preventive healthcare is a core focus area of the department. The department encompasses General Practitioners, who are experts in identifying risk factors for major diseases and to detect significant diseases at their inception. The sensitive surveillance leads to faster implementation of remedial measures.
